問題內容 | My sister has breast cancer. Her friend recommends her to go to Germany to take whole body hyerthermia cancer treatment. According to some research reports, it looks pretty promising with very little side effects. However, Germany is really far away and language is also a big challenge. Are there ways to find out if any hospitals in Taiwan have this kind of treatment or in trial stage? Best regards, Chyifeng |

回答內容 | Breast cancer patient had better get medical plans from doctors (oncologists), instead of from friends. So many evidence-based treatment options exist for breast cancer patient ( chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, targeted therapy, radiation, surgery), I do NOT suggest that she needs to consider so-called hyperthermia. |
