問題內容 | DIAGNOSIS: 1. Adenocarcinoma, (T2a) with perigastric lymph nodes metastasis (5/31 , N2), lower third, radical subtotal gastrectomy 2. Free of tumor: bilateral surgical margins GROSS DESCRIPTION: 1. Radical subtotal gastrectomy specimen: distal part of stomach, measuring 12 cm along lesser curvature, 13 cm along greater curvature. Proximal portion of duodenum, measuring 1.5 cm. 2. Tumor configuration: ulcerating infiltrative 3. Tumor size: 7* 7 * 0.5cm (length *width*thickness) 4. Tumor location: lower third Representative sections are submitted in ten cassettes: RA-RB : tumor RC : proximal surgical end RD : distal surgical end RE : greater omentum RF : lesser omentum RG-RH : lesser curvature lymph node RI-RJ : greater curvature lymph node MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: 1. 回答內容 | 如果手術前檢查無其他轉移目前外科醫師已經將腫瘤完全切除, 目前建議應機受輔助的治療目標在防止復發以達到治癒的目標. 最好與主治醫師溝通術後的輔助治療如何進行. |
