回答內容 | Seborrheic keratosis, SK (皮脂漏性角化病), 老年人較常見, 雖然本身不是癌症, 但不排除"合併有"局部皮膚癌化的可能性, 通常建議切片, "小"病變切片一般順帶切除, 可避免第二次切除, 長期皮脂漏性角化病不排除"合併有"局部癌化的可能性, 切除加上病理化驗, 十分恰當。 如同歐美建議: If the doctor is not sure whether SK (皮脂漏性角化病), is causing the skin changes, you will have a test called a “biopsy (切片).” During a biopsy, a doctor takes a small sample of the SK or takes off the whole growth (切除).” Then another doctor looks at the tissue under a microscope to check for skin cancer (病理化驗). |
