問題內容 | 想請問我老婆的乳房穿刺檢查報告是否有乳癌 ? DIAGNOSIS： 1. Breast, right, 10 o'clock 4 cm from nipple, core needle biopsy invasive carcinoma with mucinous features 2. Lymph node, left axillary, core needle biopsy negative for malignancy GROSS DESCRIPTION： The specimen #1 Rt Breast(10/4) submitted consists of multiple tissue fragments measuring up to 1.7 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm in size, fixed in formalin. Grossly, they are gray and cordlike. All for section and labeled as A. The specimen #2 Lt axillary LN submitted consists of multiple tissue fragments measuring up to 0.8 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm in size, fixed in formalin. Grossly, they are gray and cordlike. All for section and labeled as B. MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION： [Specimen #1 Rt Breast(10/4)] Invasive carcinoma . Largest tumor size in one fragment: at least 10 mm . Histologic Type: invasive carcinoma with mucious features . Histologic Grade (Nottingham Histologic Score): . Tubular Differentiation: Score 2 (10%75% tubular structures) . Nuclear Pleomorphism: Score 2 (moderate) . Mitotic Rate: Score 1 (<=3 mitoses per mm2) . Provisional overall Grade: Grade 1 (scores of 3 to 5) Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS): DCIS is absent in specimen Lymphovascular invasion: Not identified in specimen Perineural invasion: Not identified in specimen Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs): 1 hour, unknown cold ischemic time, fixation time not within 672 hours, and/or unknown fixation time.
