我想請問一下我在今年9月腳底的部位開刀,發現是腫瘤,醫生告知是不好的腫瘤,那我問是什麼的腫瘤醫生無法回答叫我回去自查文獻,我把分析資料調出來以下是分析的資料是否可以告知,此分析的腫瘤是如何..謝謝

The specimen submitted consists of a soft tissue mass measuring 3.1 x 2.8 x 1.6 cm.
The cut surface is multinodular and myxoid with focal hemorrhage.
Representative sections are taken and labeled as: A-C
Microscopic Finding
# Tumor type: myxoid leiomyosarcoma
# Tumor size: 3.1 x 2.8 x 1.6 cm.
# Location: deep
# Tumor border: focally infiltrative border
# Resection margin: not clear
# Vascular invasion: absent
# Nerve invasion: absent

這是個軟組織腫瘤,黏液狀平滑肌肉瘤,這是個惡性的腫瘤同時手術切面仍有腫瘤,表示仍有殘餘腫瘤在身上.最好準備考慮討論進一步的治療.
