您好：
父親從2008年五月發現腎臟癌, 當時已切除左側腎臟, 並持續進行化療, 但經過這一年半的化療(CMV 6次, Gemzar and carboplatin 11次), 最近一次的斷層掃描還是發現, 癌細胞已擴散到肝臟(CT顯示有數顆大小不一的腫瘤), 醫師再換Phyxol and carboplatin進行化療, 但目前化療副作用極大, 已造成胃潰瘍而嚴重影響生活品質。想請教醫師, 目前除了繼續化療之外, 是否還有其他較適合的治療方式。

你父親為腎盂癌術後做化學治療後再發，肝轉移。你父親已經做過CMV6次及gemcitabine + Carboplatin 11次。 泌尿路上皮癌的化學治療以 Gemcitabine、Paxlitaxol 、Cisplatin,為主。如再發或化學治療毒性，剩下可用的化學藥物有限。Vinflunine為泌尿路上皮癌的第2線藥，其反應率為15-18%。目前標靶療法在泌尿路上皮癌上未證實有效，僅在Her-2陽性者，類乳癌可嘗試Laptinib 類似之藥 。
